RENTAL HOUSING INSPECTION PROGRAM
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The purpose of the Rental Housing Inspection Program is to address the issue of substandard rental properties, promote greater compliance with health and safety standards and preserve the quality of Isleton’s neighborhoods and available housing. The program achieves compliance of health, safety and welfare code violations in/on residential rental properties that are a threat to the occupant’s safety, structural integrity of the building, and negative impact on the surrounding neighborhoods.
Owners of rental property are required to submit a Rental Housing Program Form for each rental property owned. The registration form is used to confirm the number of units each parcel and to collect contact information for the owner, and any local contact representative they want to act on their behalf.
The City will be sending out registration forms. Please complete and return form with fees (see below) to City of Isleton, P.O. Box 716, Isleton, CA 95641 or pay online referencing RHIP and property address.
