FEE NEXUS STUDIES
The City of Isleton charges development impact to cover, in whole or in part, the anticipated cost of improvements that will be necessary to support new development for regarding Measure A Transportation Impact Fees. Each Impact Fee programs is administered by its unique Nexus Study. The City also charges user fees for Planning Services that are necessary to defray City’s costs for processing planning applications. A Nexus Study has also been prepared for updating these fees. The following Nexus Studies and an Operating Protocols Agreement with Sacramento County Transportation Authority will be considered for adoption by City Council on October 22, 2024:
